This course is available for adults, and youth aged 13-18. Living Life to the full for youth is a mental health promotion program and it is for everyone! Whether you are just curious or are dealing with stress, you can benefit from the tools the program offers. Group-based and led by a youth-certified facilitator, it equips youth 13-18 with the skills they need to face challenges in life and become more resilient. The course includes fun activities and group challenges to help youth practice and develop their skills.
How this program works
This program is run at different times throughout the year from the Country Roads Community Health Centre in Portland. Group sessions are 90 minutes long, held once a week for 8 weeks. It can be done virtually or in-person - ask when you sign up if a virtual option is available.
