After Hours Care

If you are experiencing a medical emergency at any time, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

After regular hours, in the evenings and on weekends, clients with urgent needs can call our “on-call” answering service. This service helps decide what care you need, gives support, and helps avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room.

How to access

Primary care clients of Country Roads Community Health Centre can access the after hours on-call service when the centre is closed by calling 613-272-3302.

Alternatively, clients and community members may contact Health811 (formerly TeleHealth Ontario) for medical advice outside of normal business hours by dialing 811. Visit www.health811.ontario.ca for more information.

Not for prescription renewals

This service is not intended for prescription renewal requests. Please call our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment or contact your community pharmacist for support.
