Hearing health is known to be linked to cognitive health and overall health. It is recommended that people over the age of 60 have their hearing assessed.
Dr. David Ruggles is a medical doctor specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry) and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, who does regular clinics at the CRCHC Westport site.
East Region Virtual Care Clinic will improve timely access to care, reduce Emergency Department wait times and support patients in receiving care in the comfort of their home, whether it be by video or phone, from 1pm - 9pm, 7 days a week.
Euclid Eye Clinic is onsite at the Country Roads Community Health Centre twice a month to provide OHIP covered eye disease assessments.

The mission of the Community Clothing Co-operative is to provide good used clothing to those in need residing in Elgin/Portland and surrounding areas. It is located at Country Roads Community Health Centre.

Alzheimer’s Society Lanark Leeds and Grenville offers support, information and education to help people living with dementia, caregivers and health professionals.
Through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, Guthrie House hosts free tax clinics where volunteers do tax returns for low income earners.
Offices in Brockville, Kemptville, Prescott, Gananoque and Elgin provide a base from which prevention and treatment services for children, youth and families are available free of charge.

KEYS Job Centre is a community-based centre with expertise in employment and employment related services.
Ontario Works helps people with basic needs, shelter and other expenses (e.g. drug and dental coverage). Ontario Works also supports your efforts to find work.
Chiropractic and Acupuncture services as well as assessments for custom orthotics through Dr. Weber, who also provides evening hours for clients of CRCHC.
