Through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, community organizations host free tax clinics where volunteers complete tax returns for people with a modest income and a simple tax situation.

Over the past 35 years the organization has increased its service locations to Portland, Westport, and Elgin. Local expertise includes ensuring access for people who encounter a diverse range of social, cultural or geographic barriers who are at risk of developing health problems.
