What to Expect from our Social Media Posts 

Country Road Community Health Centre’s social media account is a place for the community, and anyone interested to learn more about our programs and services. We use social media to engage and communicate with the communities we serve in a quick and efficient manner. Our mission is to engage individuals, agencies, and partners to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities. Social media is a valuable tool to help us achieve our mission. 

Our account varies in terms of frequency of posts and content, but we typically aim to post at least twice per week (excluding weekends and holidays observed in Ontario). We strive to publish recent and relevant evidence-based health content and up to date information about Country Roads Community Health Centre, our partners and community initiatives.

Things to Consider 

  • For any matter that is confidential or too complicated for social media, please contact us, by phone, email, or the form on the Contact Us page.  

  • The servers of social media network providers are managed by third parties. Our social media account may be subject to downtime that is out of our control. Country Roads Community Health Centre accepts no responsibility for platforms becoming unresponsive or unavailable.

Health Advice and Emergencies 

Country Roads Community Health Centre will not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment via social media. If you need emergency medical care or are in crisis, call 911 immediately. If you need health care on a non-urgent basis, please consult with your health care provider or if you live in Ontario, call Health811 at 1-866-797-0007 or Health811 - Health811 (ontario.ca).
