Renewals by appointment
In the interest of client safety, when possible, prescriptions are renewed at scheduled appointments with your primary care provider. Prescription renewals for controlled substances require an appointment with your primary care provider.

Renewals through your pharmacy
If you run out of your prescription medications before your next appointment, we ask that you contact your pharmacy and request that they send us a refill request. Please allow 5 business days for all prescription renewals. This method cannot be used for controlled substances.
