Alzheimer’s Society Lanark Leeds and Grenville offers support, information and education to help people living with dementia, caregivers and health professionals. The Just For You Group is held each 3rd Friday afternoon monthly in our Portland Location. This small group format supports both individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. You can also meet with an Education and Support Coordinator at Guthrie House in Elgin to learn about resources and support available to you and your family.
