Monthly Diabetes Support & Education Drop-In

Managing diabetes involves making healthy food choices, staying active, taking medication if prescribed, and checking blood sugar levels regularly. Eating foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins helps control blood sugar, while staying active can also help. Some people need medication like insulin or pills to manage their diabetes. It's important to work closely with your healthcare team and check your blood sugar regularly to stay healthy and prevent complications.

This drop-in program is designed to help you make connections and learn strategies to prevent and manage diabetes while living well.
