KEYS helps job seekers of all ages and abilities, looking for a job or exploring career options; entrepreneurs with services designed to make it easier to pursue their business goals; employers by supporting their staffing, training, and retention needs; or newcomers to Canada requiring English training and settlement help. In fact, KEYS is now the largest provider of comprehensive services to Newcomers in the Region.

How this service works
Keys Job center operates four office locations, one of which can be found in Guthrie House. They offer work-related assistance to job seekers, employers, entrepreneurs, and newcomers to Canada.
Job Seekers
KEYS delivers a wide range of employment programs to meet the needs of job seekers, particularly adults (over 29) unemployed or underemployed, persons with disabilities, and youth 16-29 who are out of school and not returning to school full time.
Employers
Local employers within the Kingston – Gananoque area and surrounding region can use the KEYS network to post jobs and recruit new employees.
Entrepreneurs
KEYS offers many services designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs to pursue their business goals by providing access to resources and coaching.
Newcomers to Canada
KEYS helps new Immigrants to Canada requiring settlement assistance, including English training and job search support.
