If you are a registered client, CRCHC offers very limited spaces for bloodwork appointments at LifeLabs onsite. There may be times where it would be faster for you to have your bloodwork completed at a LifeLabs location nearest you. We cannot accept walk-ins.

How this works

As with all bloodwork labratory services, make sure you understand your requisition clearly. If you need to fast before your appointment, we recommend scheduling it for the morning. Make sure to have your health card and requisition form with you, and arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the intake process.

How to access these services

Once you have a requisition signed by one of our primary care providers you can call our reception team to schedule an appointment to complete your bloodwork in either Portland or Westport.

How to access results online

My Care Compass is a LifeLabs electronic portal to you can use to book appointments at a LifeLabs location and review results.

In order to book appointments online or see results a My Care Compass account must be created.  For more information, or to sign up, visit this link: https://www.lifelabs.com/mycarecompass/ 

When signing up, you will be required to enter your most recent “lab visit number” or “accession number”. Contact a member of your health care team for this number.  We would be happy to assist you.
