Country Roads Community Health Centre has partnered with CPHC Senior Support Services to offer foot care services at our Portland location.

How this service works

Specially trained foot care nurses provide various foot care services to help maintain and improve foot health. These services include:

  • Diabetes foot assessments

  • Nail trimming and filing

  • Ingrown toenail care

  • Corn care and callous reduction

  • Thickened toenail reduction

  • Skin care

How to access this service?
